Affectionately named after Chefs Nathan Sasi & Morgan McGlone grandma’s Bessie & Alma, this space is packed with nostalgia. A nod to the old Chefs Warehouse Whisk with a custom forged door handle at the entry, the old tiles from the Sydney Tafe ceramics class and a peppering of personal touches through out the space from the team.

Bar Alma is a people watching delight, with a banquette lined space and the bar at it’s center, intimately placed furniture to encourage serendipitous exchange. 

Bessies celebrates cooking over flame, with a dramatic open kitchen. All situated within the industrial building envelop, with solid timber and blacken steel inserted into the space.
